In anticipation for Hybrasil’s upcoming album in June and to celebrate his 2nd Hybrasil 24 live stream event with Beatport we are delighted to present his latest EP: Nera. Two excellently produced pieces of sonic glory from a master of live techno and a true craftsman engineer, Hybrasil delivers a deeper and more dubby flavour in the two tracks Nera and Titan.

Hybrasil continues with his explorations in sound drawing inspiration from his Irish heritage and his current environment in Berlin. Juxtaposing the ancient Irish landscape and history with the built environment of a modern European city, Hybrasil articulates a feeling of the ancient in a truly futuristic and electronic sound.

The track Nera is named after a mythological warrior from ancient Ireland who is said to have been the bravest of his clan of warriors in the west of the land. And, of course Titan being the collective title of ancient Greek deities.

These two tracks from Hybrasil certainly express all of these concepts in the futuristic sound of modern techno. With excellent support from serious tastemaker DJs Richie Hawtin, Dave Clarke and Boris (Berghain) we know these tracks already work on the floor!

We LOVE these tunes and just had to rush 'em out as soon as we got them!
