HYBRASIL012: Module H

“In 2016 I launched the Hybrasil label as an outlet for music from my live show. In some cases I would hold tracks back for a number of years until they had moved out of my live set circulation and at that point I would release them on the label. In other cases these compositions didn’t fit into what I was putting together in terms of EPs or releases, maybe they were a bit odd or sometimes I just wasn’t able to let them go out into the ether.

The Twelfth release on the label features two tracks from my live archive. ‘Module H’ and ‘Alphas’ were written during my time working with David Robertson (aka Reset Robot). Before moving to Berlin I travelled to David’s

Portsmouth studio three or four times a year to work on music, over a period of three years. It’s hard to explain just how important and influential this process was in my development as an artist and music producer.
